J3 follows PMI standards as well as the standards governing the American Society for Training and Development. J3 trainers are PMP certified and we follow the ADDIE process for curriculum development.  Additional J3 services include Strategic and Operational Planning, Leadership Development, Executive Coaching and Workshop Design and Facilitation (delivered via face-to-face and virtual classrooms).
