Brenda Knox joined J3’s team as the Director of Proposal Management in early 2022.

Ms. Knox has over 20 years of experience developing large, complex proposals for federal, state, and local governments and commercial customers. She started her career in Business Development in 1998, where she served as a Coordinator. As her career advanced, Ms. Knox has also held positions as Proposal Analyst, Proposal Specialist/Marketing, and Proposal Manager/Writer. She has experience developing proposals for industries, such as Civil/Structural/Architectural Engineering; Biosciences and Research; Defense; Supply Chain and Logistics; Education; and Emergency Response.

Ms. Knox has a Graduate Certificate in Instructional Design from Marymount University and a B.A. in English from Georgetown University. She is also Shipley and APMP certified. All have been key elements in her ability to produce customer-focused, compliant, winning proposals.

Ms. Knox enjoys motorcycling with her hubby, spending time with family and friends, Bible Study, gardening, and line dancing.
