Mark Chambers, J3 Consulting’s Sr. Acquisition Tech Writer, worked as a contract technical writer/editor for the NASA Langley Research Center in Hampton, VA, for 25 years. Mr. Chambers also worked as a technical writer for Huntington Ingalls Inc. – Newport News Shipbuilding in Newport News, VA, for almost 7 years. He is also a Military Aviation Historian and has written 22 books that have been published by NASA and commercial publishers, several of them in the UK.
