Holly Estes joined J3 as a Senior SAFe Agile Analyst in June 2024. In this role, she works closely with the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) while leveraging her expertise in software product management and implementation of SAFe Agile Principles

Having previously worked as a contractor at the USDA, Ms. Estes’ prior experience and familiarity with agency processes have been invaluable to J3. One of her early accomplishments with J3 involved analyzing vendor Agile Release Trains (ARTs) physical capacity compared to planned capacity to help the USDA understand the relationship between what they pay and what value business value they receive.

Additionally, Ms. Estes identifies opportunities for improvement across interactions between different management platforms, and opportunities to ensure all follow the same standardized processes. Ms. Estes has a unique viewpoint, understanding both the perspective of Product Manager on a Vendor ART, while at the same time seeing the strategic big picture of the USDA and NRCS, having served in long-term roles in both areas.

In her spare time, Ms. Estes enjoys spoiling her Bernedoodle puppy Jack, spending time with family and friends, and is a diehard supporter of Alabama Sports (Roll Tide).
